Dear Past Chris,

You’ve never thought of yourself as an “ideas” type of designer and have instead relied on generating ideas with peers and turning the strongest into designs. You’re self-conscious about this and feel that it makes you less of a designer. What you currently see as a weakness is a strength in a lead designer; lean into it and use it to empower your design team.
